Conversion of the coordinates
It is to convert a circular image into its rectangular equivalent.
Methods:
Two methods can be used :

With teta constant: Rays are drawn from the center. The angle varies when
each ray is finished.

With R constant: Concentric circles are drawn. The ray varies when each
circle (ellipse) is finished.
