New Crossmatch brand offers expanded portfolio of biometrics-based identity management solutions
PARIS & Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., November 4, 2014 — The new Crossmatch™ debuted today at CARTES 2014 in Paris. A result of the April 2014 merger of Cross Match Technologies® and DigitalPersona®, the company introduced its new brand identity that clearly reflects elements of both predecessor organizations.
“The integration process moved quickly because the two companies were highly complementary in terms of product portfolios, service offerings, market coverage and strategic focus,” said Rich Agostinelli, CEO of the new Crossmatch. “Both brands had substantial equity with customers and partners around the world. Along with a new company name and logo that is on display for the first time at CARTES Paris 2014, Crossmatch launched a website that reflects its new brand identity. The website provides information on the company’s offerings, as well as providing customers and partners access to the tools and information they require.
